Ed Groshans's Profile and Contact Information

Ed Groshans, is a lifelong resident of Godfrey, IL and a graduate of Marquette Catholic High School.  Ed received his Business Degree from SIU Edwardsville in 1974.  After working in the steel industry for a few years, Ed entered the insurance business with the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.  With the desire to own his own business, Ed started the Piasa Insurance Agency in 1982.  After 40 years as an independent agent, January 1, 2022 Ed merged the business with the Whitfield Insurance Agency in Godfrey and is still actively serving all his long time customers, as well as new customers to the agency.
